First, daily maintenance

Check liquid level
Check engine coolant level to ensure it is within normal range. Insufficient coolant can cause the engine to overheat and damage the engine.
Check the oil level, too little oil will increase engine wear, too much may lead to engine failure.
Check the hydraulic oil level. For hydraulic driven engineering vehicles, the normal liquid level of hydraulic oil is the key to ensure the normal operation of the system.
Check the fuel tank level, replenish fuel in time, and avoid shutdown due to fuel depletion during operation.
Check the tire
Check the tire pressure to ensure it complies with the vehicle manufacturer's regulations. Too high or too low air pressure will affect the service life of the tire and the driving performance of the vehicle.
Check the tire wear and see if the tire pattern depth reaches the wear limit. If the tire is seriously worn, it should be replaced in time.
Check whether there is damage to the tire, such as cuts, bulges, etc., and deal with the problem in time.
Check fasteners
Regularly check the fasteners of various parts of the engineering vehicle, such as bolts, nuts, etc., to ensure that they are fastened reliably. Loose fasteners can cause parts to fall off or be damaged, affecting the safety and performance of the vehicle.
Second, regular maintenance
Change the oil and filter
Change the engine oil and filter regularly according to the vehicle manufacturer's regulations. Oil plays a role in the engine lubrication, cooling, cleaning, etc., with the extension of the use of time, the oil will deteriorate, the filter will also be blocked, affecting the engine performance.
For the hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil and filter should also be replaced regularly to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
Check and adjust the braking system
Check the wear of the brake disc and brake disc, and replace it in time when the wear reaches the limit.
Check brake fluid level to ensure it is within normal range. If the brake fluid is insufficient, it should be added in time.
Adjust the free travel of the brake pedal to ensure the sensitivity and reliability of the brake system.
Check and adjust the transmission system

Check the transmission oil level and change the transmission oil regularly.

Check electrical system

Three, special maintenance
Seasonal maintenance
In winter, you should do a good job of cold and warm work, replace the oil and coolant suitable for low temperature environment. For engineering vehicles parked in the open air, measures such as covering insulation materials can be taken to prevent the vehicle from freezing damage.
In the summer, attention should be paid to prevent the engine from overheating, check the working condition of the heat dissipation system, clean the radiator, and ensure good ventilation. At the same time, pay attention to prevent tires from overheating and avoid driving for a long time in a high temperature environment.
Long-term parking maintenance
If the engineering vehicle needs to be parked for a long time, the vehicle should be parked in a dry and ventilated place to avoid direct sunlight and rain.
Remove the battery, store it in a dry, cool place, and charge it regularly to prevent battery damage.
To seal the engine, anti-rust agent can be added inside the engine to prevent the engine from rusting.
Support the tire to avoid long-term compression and deformation of the tire.

(2) For inland neighborhood countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan etc. we can send machines: by road or railway.

(3) For light spare parts in urgent demand, we can send it by international courier service, such as DHL, TNT, UPS or FeDex.
